Membership
Remember, you must be a current SBTS member to attend an Epic. You can renew online or renew at the event with cash or check. Minimum donation for an annual membership is $50/yr and includes access to two Epics per year along with a fancy pair of socks or shirt so you can REPRESENT.

Please RSVP(at the bottom of this page). Our Epics have become more popular each year and we need to know the numbers that are coming so that we can accommodate everyone. If you have kids, or spouses attending, please sign them up individually.
Schedule
SATURDAY
8am - 9:30am Registration and breakfast
9:45-10am Rides and hikes depart from Lakes Basin campground after orientation.
5pm Gray Eagle Creek Trail Dedication
5:30pm Bear Lakes Loop Dedication
SUNDAY
10:00am REI check presentation at Smith Lake trailhead
10:30am Smith / Jamison Trail opening ceremony
11:00-3:00 trail work on Mt. Elwell
INFO
Camping
Free for all participants Friday through Saturday night. Lakes Basin Campground has toilets, but no showers, so be prepared to wash off in the river near by or bring a solar shower. The camp ground has running water which is drinkable. Other good things to bring include bug spray, swim suit, sun screen, sun glasses and hat.
Food:
We will provide breakfast and lunch both Saturday and Sunday as well as dinner Saturday night. Bring your own favorite ride snack or lunch if you have special requirements or favorites. Complimentary post-ride beverages will be provided.
Weather:
The weather should be warm during the day but tends to cool off at night since we will be at 5,000 feet.
Youth Program:
Join the Student and Family fun.
Saturday, we'll have pros working with the kids to teach skills clinic, focusing on proper trail riding techniques and form.
On Sunday we'll be focusing on trail building as we continue progress on the Mt Elwell Trail, in partnership with the US Forest Service.
Grab the tent and bring you kids to the mountains - we'll make sure it's a GREAT weekend for your family.
