Holiday Party and Trail Daze, December 3rd

Join us for our annual Holiday Party and Trail Daze event in (hopefully sunny and warm) Downieville on December 3rd. We'll be working on the North Yuba Trail, located between Downieville and Indian Valley. Work will focus on tread widening, some minor rock blasting, deadfall removal and removing brush from the trail corridor. For those volunteers wanting to ride bicycles to the work area, we’ll have tools and trail guidance available on site, making your day easy breezy.

We’ll follow up trail work with a holiday feast, complete with a selection of seasonal micro-brews and hot adult beverages. On Sunday we ride and hike, or maybe both depending on the route. The distance is to be determined by individuals

Where to meet: Yuba Expeditions bike shop in downtown Downieville
When: at 10:00am
We Provide: Bagels, sack lunch, tools, post-work fixins and beverages
You Bring: Gloves, work boots/shoes, layers & backpack
Help us Go Green: please bring your own insulated cup, camp utensils and packable containers for lunches
What Else: After work BBQ hosted by SBTS. No experience necessary and all are welcome.
